Historical Overview

The Slovak company Siklienka started its business in 1991. Later on, in 1993, the company began to import and distribute special medical devices assigned for plastic surgery and dermatology.
In the area of plastic surgery Siklienka started to import breast implants, facial and body implants, as well as expanders, which are suitable for reconstructive surgery. Over the years, the product range has become more diversified. The company has filled up its assortment by products as compressive garments designed for post-operative treatment following plastic-aesthetic procedures, injectable fillers and silicone gel products for scar management.

The company was the first in the Slovak market, which started to import breast implants and injectable fillers, so in this branch the company has the longest and the most wealthy experiences.

Because of the fact, that the Slovak market is relatively small and specific, we endeavour to have in our offer more products with similar features. The reason is that our customers have the possibility of complex choice, as well as the possibility of choice according to the price and quality. During last fifteen years, this approach has been proved in a good way, and therefore we have many constant and still more and more satisfied customers.

We focus on products of very prestigious companies as for example: Teoxane, Eurosilicone, Promoitalia, Nagor, Lipoelastic, BioDermis, Tricolast, Implantech, and many others. Our vision is to be a reliable partner for our customers, who keeps abreast of the latest knowledge in the area of special medical devices for plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as for corrective and aesthetic dermatology.

We visit  regularly various symposiums (workshops), medical congresses in Paris, Monte Carlo, Prague, Vienna, etc., where we establish personal connections with doctors, specialists in different branches of medicine and where we acquire review about modern methods and high quality products, which helps us to achieve our aim – BY QUALITY TO BEAUTY.

We are a small company, but for us, it is an advantage. We are flexible and able to adapt easy towards needs of our customers - concerning either professional community like doctors, pharmacists, or temporal community - satisfied patients. We assure the quality and control of all activities, starting from accepting order until dispatching material. For observing and constantly improving this system of quality, with regard on high requires on quality of our partners and customers, the company has created the system of quality according the demands of standard ISO 9011:2008 – Certificate which we obtained in 2001.

In 2008 our company achieved the Slovak Gold Certificate. This price certifies above the standard quality service and promotes the company in the common European market using the Slovak Gold Brand.

Today, our mission is always to have an answer to most demands in plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as in aesthetic dermatology.
